OK now i am officially fed up :o(

A few days ago the desktop decided to curl up it's motherboard (it was 7 years old)so I went onto the little netbook. To cap it all, last night the netbook refused to play. Our Internet connection this far down the line has always been dodgy and it has been taking so long to comment on blogs that I gave up. Well now the netbook won't start up. I have connection to the www via the mobile but it's not the same. I can still see the challenges and make my cards, I just can't upload the photos. The mobile signal is too weak to upload photos also. The downside of rural living.
So the upshot is I will be creating but not posting for some time until I can either get the netbook fixed or afford a new laptop.

This gorgeous image is one from LOTV, and the card is also getting entered into their latest challenge which is dotty for circles. The sketch is for the Sketch Saturday and the third is for the Wild Orchid Challenge who have the theme this time of Make it Sparkle.

The image is from LOTV and has been coloured with distress inks, his little top has stardust stickles on.

The roses have been made by me and stickled and glimmer misted, the little dummy is from my stash and I forgot I had it.

The beautiful lace is from WOC, the border punches are both MS and EK Success. The embossing folders are from Cuttlebug.

I just got to show these little bootees .............. aren't they just too cute!

This is going to be a quick post as the boys want to go down to the beach today.
This is from the fabulous sketch over at Whiff of Joy this week.

The image is Willow holding baby and the sentiments are from the Baby Sentiments set.

Willow has been coloured with distress inks.

The flowers are handmade, tinted with sky blue chalk ink and sprayed with Pearl glimmer mist.

The lace is from WOC, large flower has been handmade from a Bigz die, 3d rose. The swirls are Marianne dies, the charm from ebay and the pearls from a local shop.

Delightful Challenges

Here's my card for today, for the challenge blog Delightful Challenges. This week the theme is 'Cute and Girly' with the use of pearls and lace. Two of my favourite embellies to use at the moment :o)

Okay, so I'm using purple again! I didn't put the purple scraps bag away yesterday..........lazy mare! I do feel chuffed though when I can make a card completely from the scraps bag. I can then leave the cupboard full of papers and card untouched ........... I'm like most of you and could paper the house in the amount of cardstock and papers I have here! I really must give some away that there isn't a hope of me using, I'm sure the local Brownies group could be getting a shed load when they re-start in September.

The card then, the flowers are a combo of Marianne dies and EK success flower punches with a PM pearl brad. The ribbon border is Marianne and the punched border is Martha Stewart. The swirls are a Marianne die and the lace is from a local store.

Tilda has been coloured with the usual distress inks and a little bit of white gel pen to highlight.

Predictable to the end...........another easel card! The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.

I think he is adorable, it takes me back to when mine were little and standing on stage in their tea towels!
I've used the sketch over at Inspirational Card Sketches, though one of the panels is slightly hidden by the flower. Spoonful of sugar have the theme 3flowers, 2 buttons and 1 ribbon this week, they do have the option of a shaker card in there but I chickened out on that one. Which ties nicely in with the Papertake Weekly challenge of 3-2-1!

The flowers are Papermania, I think they are years old! The image is from LOTV and has been coloured in with distress inks. The papers are from Bearly Mine Designs. They are the freebies on the site, it's so nice to try before you buy..........and I'll defo be back to buy! They are gorgeous and I was really pleased how I managed to change the colour in PaintShop Pro. Who's a clever girl then? Actually I just read the book which I've had for 2 years (finally) and it was easy peasy.

I've made an easel card again which accomodates the third flower nicely. The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the die cut snowflakes are Marianne dies. The ribbon is from my local craft shop.

Tilda at Easter

Okay I'm not completely mad...........well depends who you talk to. I've made an Easter card to go with the challenge over at Die Cuts Dreams who have the task this week of Tilda in Lemon. Well, I have to say that lemon nor yellow are top of my list when it comes to crafting or clothing. So on went the thinking cap and I thought about using Tilda with lamb as an Easter card.

Tilda has been coloured with distress inks and hightlighted with a white gel pen.

The flowers are handmade, the leaves are a L-Em punch.

This has ended up being a nightmare to post, I started on the desktop and have had to move onto the tiny netbook as I think the desktop has finally packed up for good :0(

I'm late posting this, hope I'm in time to catch the challenge deadline over on Papertake Weekly Challenge, I loved the sketch and then couldn't remember who had set the challenge......doh! I need to make little notes on who the challenge is for. I'm also going to enter this on Create 4 fun with the theme of a birthday card and Stamping for the Weekend with anything goes.

This is another of those little cuties from LOTV, I think I have most of them now! He's been coloured in with distress inks and then decorated quite simply with a Martha Stewart border punch, ribbon and a charm. The sentiment is again from Craftwork Cards.

Blue Christmas

I thought I should really be getting a start on my Christmas cards otherwise it sneaks up on you and wham! it's November and you've only made 5. Yikes, this year I aim to be ahead of the game and with the delicious stamps at LOTV who can fail to be inspired to make them?

I've combined this for three challenges:

Sketchy colours - a sketch with many layers

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Blue & Cream

Winter Wonderland - Walking in a Winter Wonderland

The border punches are from Martha Stewart, the mats cut with Spellbinders oval and scalloped ovals. The vellum layer has been embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

Colouring has been done with distress inks on the characters. The background was done with a combination of distress inks (following an excellent tutorial in Magnolia ink by Christine Dark) and Prisma pencil.

........and I've gone for an easel card again, I just love 'em. The sentiment is Craftwork Cards and the snowflakes have been die cut with Marianne dies.

I've made this card for the Sketch Saturday challenge blog who have a great sketch to work with this week.

I've coloured Edwin with distress inks and cut him out with spellbinders dies. The border punch is a Fiskars one that has been gathering dust in a drawer. The Sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the charm is from Ebay. The shells are from the beach (naturally) and the skull is a cuttlekids die (half-inched from the boys). The sparkly bits are Beadazzles by SuzeWeinberg, think they are at least 8 years old!

Enjoy the weekend, hope the weather stays dry.

Lili of the Valley have a great sketch this week by Bev, while A Spoonful of Sugar have the theme of Christmas in August.

This little cutie is James Bear - Pile of Presents. He's been coloured with the usual distress inks and his hat has had the addition of a bit of glitter.

The holly border punch is from Martha Stewart, the ribbons are a local find, the swirly corners are a sizzlits die and the gold mat layer is a Nellie die.

This is the last pink card - promise - I'm working on a card for tomorrow that has not a hint of pink in sight!
This is a really quick post before I settled down on the sofa with the boys to watch Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen. Gotta be their favourite movie of all time, I've lost count how many times the DVD has been on. Now it is on Sky tonight they want to watch it on the TV! I don't understand the difference but they do so I just go along with it. Had a fantastic afternoon with them, we went to the movies to watch Marmaduke, hilarious, get to see it if you can.

I've used one of the manga kids, I think she is 'Manga Fairy', coloured her with distress inks and given her the old stickles treatment.

The swirls are a sizzlits die and the mat layer is a Marianne doily die. The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards.

Just noticed she looks like she's had a couple of fractures of the tib and fib! That's where I cut with the spellbinders circle die! I could never work Orthopaedics, used to make me cringe, this is giving me goosebumps thinking about all those broken bones!

Anyways, this is for the fantastic challenge over at The Sugar Bowl, they have a fabulous sketch by Marlene with the optional addition of using something old or something new. My something old is the sizzlits die and my something new is my stamped image (new to me).They have a fabulous prize of the new Christmas Mangas and a set of spellbinders up for grabs for this one, and the winner will also be featured on the Sugar Nellie blog! Oh, I wish..............everythings crossed!

three in one day................I'm like buses, nothing for ages, then three at once.....lol.
I've had this little image coloured for ages, I was practising using the copics and promarkers, when not using them for a while I feel like I really need to concentrate on my colouring. Think I need a bit more work!

The image is from LOTV and coloured with a mixture of Copics and Promarkers, then die cut with spellbinders circle and scalloped circle dies.

The flowers are a mixture of handmade from the Marianne poinsettia dies and Prima, held together with pearl brads. The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the charm is from ebay.

Friday Sketchers and Charisma Cardz

Here's the second card I made before my travels. The sketch is from Friday Sketchers and the challenge of an easel card is from the Charisma Cardz blog.

I've used another of the gorgeous stamps from LOTV and coloured with distress inks. The mount is die cut from a Nellies die.

The border punches are all Martha Stewart and I think the football was from a Paper Cellar card set.
The white mat has been embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

The sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the trophy is a sizzlits die - so glad I hung onto those. The pearls are from Katys.

A couple of cards and a zillion midge bites.........

I'm back home from Eskdale pods where I've had a little break with the boys and my friends. The kids have had a wonderful time (and so have the mums) running around and generally having a brilliant adventure. The mums have been able to chill out while the kids played safely and relax. We were plagued by the dreaded midgies in the evening though, sprays and candles were out in force! I am one of those people who get eaten alive by the little blighters, the kids have counted the bites on my lower legs and we reached 47 before giving up! They are driving me nuts, I was up through the night taking more anti-histamines and rubbing Anthisan into them.

I did make a couple of cards before I went, this one is for the Dutch Dare Card Challenges who have a great sketch by Tamara to follow. The Colours fit in with the Colour Create challenge of Ivory, Duck egg blue and one other colour, I've gone with a sagey green.

The cute image is from LOTV and has been coloured with distress inks, and then die cut with a spellbinders labels set. The buttons and ribbon are SU, the border has been punch with a Martha Stewart punch. The charm is from ebay.

..............that's what this internet connection is! This is the card I attempted and failed miserably to post on here yesterday, fingers crossed that today's loads up, so far so good lol!

This is for a great sketch over at a Spoonful of Sugar and the theme of cute and girly with the Creative Card Crew. Sigh, I'd just got started with the fab girls at CCC when I sadly had to drop out of the DT. They are such a talented lot, it was a privilege to have been chosen by them.

The image is from LOTV and has been coloured with distress inks, the flowers are handmade from punches and a Bigz die (3d roses).

The flowers have been spritzed with glimmer mist, the centre mini cotton buds (lol) are from a local shop.

The border punches are MS, the charm and lace are from a local shop.

What a great comeback!

Woo Hoo! I've just gone over to the LOTV challenge blog to find this weeks theme to find out that I won last weeks challenge - two stamps of my choice, as we say up North - "I'm chuffed to bits" :o) Right then, decisions, decisions, which stamps to choose?
This weeks theme is 'Seasons'. I've gone with my favourite - Autumn, that time of year when summer is over (did it ever begin) and the weather is turning, but you get some great warm days, the leaves have dropped and the ground is awash with gorgeous shades of coppers and golden browns.

I think these two look like they've earned that glass of milk and cookies! They've been sweeping those leaves all morning - though if they were my boys they would now probably be having a ball rolling around in them!

I've coloured them using distress inks and the leaves are punched using various punches.

The leaves (fall) nicely into the challenge over on Cute Card Thursday with the theme 'Tree-mendous' and the lovely sketch is from the Sunday Sketch and Stamp challenge blog.

Why does it have to rain in the school holidays? St Swithin has a lot to answer for!

I've made my card using the lovely sketch by Emma over at Sketch Saturday with another of my new stamps from Magnolia. I've used distress inks to colour her with a white gel pen to highlight. The circular frame is a Marianne die, the horizontal fancy tag is a spellbinders die.

The flower is handmade using the peony die set from spellbinders with a pearl brad in the centre.

I'm really in to the easel cards, they are so addictive. I've used lace of the bottom from Wild Orchid Crafts with a sentiment from Craftwork Cards and a Martha Stewart punch.

Friday Sketchers #114

Firstly, thanks for all your lovely comments and messages of support on yesterdays post. I really do appreciate and value your kindness.

I've made a card for the Friday Sketchers challenge with a great sketch by Carole..............and yet another of the cutest little stamps from LOTV.

I've coloured the image with distress inks and aqua-promarkers, I had these ages and couldn't figure out how to use them properly until I saw a lady demo them on Create and Craft recently, then the penny dropped! They are so easy, can't believe I haven't used them more! But I will now lol.

The band across the centre is a new Martha Stewart punch, the sentiment is from Craftwork Cards and the pearls are all from Katy.

The scrunched up flower is made using the poinsettia dies from Marianne. Three of each size, sprayed with water and scrumpled up then unravelled and carefully assesmbled with a brad and spacer. Top tip - pierce a hole through the centre of each prior to spraying! Found that one out the hard way! The roses are handmade and the flower in the top right is from the new doily dies from Marianne.

Hello again, it's been a long, long time

I can't believe it is almost 7 months since my last post on here. Life can be cruel at times and in January we were dealt a whopper of a blow. My husband announced he was leaving to live with another woman less than a mile away in the village. My priority has been and always will be the welfare and happiness of my two gorgeous boys. They are the reason I get out of bed in the mornings and put one foot in front of the other. The divorce is now well on and in the hands of the courts, so hopefully I shall be a single lady soon and start a new chapter in my life.
I have tried to be creative, but when all the lovely stash was laid out before me my mind was a complete blank and I'd put it away in despair. I think that time is a great healer though and I have thoroughly enjoyed this last week getting more and more creative. Treating myself to a bunch of stamps from LOTV has been a huge help, you can't help but want to make cards with them.
Ironically my first card back is a wedding one, I still believe that there are many great marriages out there and not everyone thinks so lightly of their vows. This is for my friend who is getting hitched in September.

Here's a big mug of hot chocolate to warm you all up in the snow. By the way, we are probably the only place in the UK without snow. I saw a satellite image of the UK last night on the news and it was totally white.......apart from the West Cumbrian coastline! My kids are devastated, we try not to let them see the news! It is freezing here though and the ice is trecherous!

Can someone tell me where this last week has gone? I seem to have been going around in circles trying to get everything done. Now I think I have some time for crafting - yay. Just in the nick of time as well - I've just found out that I have been lucky and been accepted onto the design team for the Creative Card Crew challenge blog. I am delighted and look forward to joining the girls!

I've made my card with some new stash that good old Santa brought me. The punches are new, as is the little metal cupcake charm. Happy New Year and the start of Fussy and Fancy - a new challenge blog for you

There's a new challenge blog to start the New Year, Fussy and Fancy. I was delighted to have been chosen as a DT member and just love the first challenge we have. We have the theme this week of 'New'. This can be New Year, new stamp, new technique........new anything!

Our first challenge is sponsored by Paper Makeup Stamps who have the most beautiful designs to download and in rubber. I've used a gorgeous download image called Madelyn. Printed her out on vellum as well as paper and layered the vellum wings onto her.

Well, I hope Santa brought you everything on your lists! He dropped off some Martha Stewart punches and the Nellie Snellen dies along with a few stamps I had my eye on. Didn't he do well, he got it so right you'd think I'd bought them myself and wrapped them up! With some money I received I decided to go raid the Sixxiz website and go mad in their sale. The only think that was mad was me.............talk about slow and frustrating! I gave up on Boxing day, I tried all hours of the day and night and couldn't get the page to load. I finally managed to get my order done yesterday, it only took about 3 hours (no exageration) and then crashed again as I was completing my payment. Luckily mine went through in time as I've had a confirmation email. I don't think I would have had the heart to go through it all again had it failed. Just got to wait now until the New Year to see if I get it all.

The boys got their laptops with everyones combined money and are a real pair of whizzes on them. We are going online tomorrow to sort out Sam's school project. He is doing it on Egremont Castle, I remember doing a project on it at school so hopefully haven't forgotten it all. Then we can go to the castle to get some photos in the day and at night. It's a good excuse to visit Nana as she lives opposite it, and we can pop in to get warm. Brrrrr...........it's freezing!

I thought I would try and get ahead of the game and make a few thankyou cards!

This card is from a sketch over on Truly Scrumptious (who's challenge I won last week, yah), the image is a Whiff of Joy stamp who want to see Sparkle on your cards. I've tried to take a pick of the sparkle on Willow and her cookies but it's not showing up too well on the camera. I've used the Copic glitter pens and they really shimmer and sparkle in real life....honest!

Quixotic want to see some stars on your project and Creative Card Crew have set the challenge of using gold or silver while Die Cut Dreams have the lovely colour scheme of green, cream and beige.

A Whiff of {Summertime} Joy

I don't know about anyone else but I've had enough of the wet, windy and wild weather we've been having. My hair frizzes out like something from the Hair Bear Bunch! Remember them?
When I saw the challenge from Charisma Cardz wanting 'Dreaming of Summer', I though 'Oh, Joy' something other than Christmas!
Well this card is for a few challenges again. The sketch from Whiff of Joy is just a dream to work with, just made it this week. Charisma Cardz are looking for 'Dreaming of Summer'. Challenge up your life want something with the theme Giving Pleasure'. Project Tuesday have the challenge of making a gift bag, as do Sukkersot want you to do a gift bag with inspiration.
My inspiration comes in the shape of the person this gift bag is made for. If she is reading this then she'll know who she is. She is a lifelong friend who has been through the darkest of times in the last few years. With her own inner strength and determination she has turned herself around. She truly is an inspiration to us all. Luv Ya Gal.

I've made my project today for two challenges, the sketch is from Create4fun and the colour scheme is from the new challenge blog Sketchy Colours who want purple/lilac.

I always get my hubby a box of Turkish Delight for Christmas and while buying this years I remembered that I had the box from last years! Well, out came the paint and all the little girlie bits and bobs.

I decided to use it to store my made up crochet flowers as I have them dotted around all over the place and then can't find one when I need it.

So that has been my Sunday morning, blissfully spent in my craft room.

Sketch Saturday #78

This one is for the Sketch Saturday challenge blog, I've gone with the distressed look again, but I'm not too sure on this one...........I think it has too much of the shabby rather than chic!
At the moment we are just waiting for the Calva bridge to fall, sad really, it has stood for a long time and is part of the landscape. When it goes we are likely to lose the phone and internet again. This has split not only Workington but the whole of the West Cumbrian coast north and south of the river. I'm busy now making a huge pan of soup - just incase the power goes, at least then I can just warm it up on the gas ring. I went to visit my mum this morning in Egremont - the roads out of the village are passable with care. We have a 4x4 so it isn't too bad, but the floods are getting quite deep in the road dips. Pete went shopping for me last night so we have plenty of food in - we won't starve!

Create4 fun have a lovely sketch this week and a super prize of a Greeting Farm stamp. I admit it......I had to tweak it to make it work for me.......hope this counts! It was bottom heavy (know how that feels) with the two flowers so I moved one up.
The flowers are made with the Leone Em begonia punch, it's really hard to find in the UK though, this one came from the US - don't ask what it cost with postage etc!

Friday Sketchers and the aftermath of the floods

Those people who live in the UK cannot of escaped the news that has dominated the headlines in the papers and on the TV. I live in Cumbria, born and bred. I cannot believe the devastation and drama that is being played out to the world on my doorstep. Our little village is not effected directly by the floods, but our whole community is shattered by the recent tragic loss of our local policeman. Each time I see on the news the bridge that has collapsed I can hardly believe my eyes. This was not a little bridge, it was a huge sandstone construction that appeared to be rock solid and stood proud across the river. I have crossed that bridge hundreds of times over the years, to take the boys to the pictures or have a little shopping exped with my mum. It is hard to imagine how we will recover from this. We will, but I think the area will be scarred for many years to come.

I is now raining again and howling a gale. We are essentially cut off from the rest of the country. The main road out - the A66 is closed due to flooding at Bassenthwaite lake. The phones and internet connection have been down and are intermittent now.

I've made a card to try and take my mind off recent events. This is for the Friday Sketchers, who do have a great sketch this week. I have practiced with the distress inks and like the effect that I get with them. The flower is meant to be a poinsettia, I used artistic license to make mine blue!

Well, here we are, my week in the spotlight as Guest Designer for Passion for Promarkers. I've chosen the colours Burnt Umber and Marsh Green and look forward to seeing what you all make with them.

Two challenges, one card for this one. The sketch is for the Sketch and Stash challenge blog. They have a lovely sketch by Jill with sponsorship by the Creative Cottage with a fab prize of a digi kit. The other challenge is the always amazing Whiff of Joy challenge blog. This week they want cards made using the colours brown, orange and ivory. These all conjour up Autumn to me - my favourite season. I've had another bash with the Distress inks and love the way they lay down on the card. I've bought the Fabriano fat pad which makes a huge difference - and it is very white compared to the other I was using. Though I have changed the colour of this one with distressing so it's hard to tell.

Passion for Promarkers

This is my third week as a Guest Designer for Passion for Promarkers. This week they have a fab sketch to follow and use any colours you like!

I'm afraid I'm only able to give you half the info I have at the moment as my little boy is very poorly and I feel guilty being on the computer when he needs his mum.

I hope he doesn't have swine flu as he is feverish with flu-like symptoms. But you know what kids are like with bugs and viruses, he could shake it off in a few hours and be tormenting his brother as per norm!

When he improves and I get more time I'll be able to post the rest of this post - if that makes sense. 'Til then....take care.

I'm back to edit this post. Sam is loads better but has managed to pass his germs on to me, so be gentle, I'm feeling a bit rough tonight.

I hate to say it but I really enjoyed distressing! I never thought I would see the day I actually got to grips with tearing and scuffing my papers - but I have! Okay, they weren't the most expensive papers in the craftworld, so I'm easing myself in gently. I'm even looking out for one of those distressing tool thingies! I'll need to be careful who I give this card to though - I have many relatives who would look at me with the 'but this one's torn' look in their eye. LOL!
I've made my card for two challenges, Create4fun, who have a lovely prize this week of a clear stamp set by Penny Black, I've used their fab sketch. Over on Just Magnolia, they have a Simon Says monthly challenge to use distressing on your card - hence the distressing! Simon Says have very generously put up a fab prize of a $50 voucher to spend in their store.

This one is for Sketch Saturday who have a great sketch this week by Debbie and have a wonderful prize up for grabs from Create4fun of two lovely stamps by Inky Impressions. I logged on this morning to find this weeks sketch only to find that I had won last weeks challenge. Woo Hoo! I did a little happy dance (okay, jiggled my bum a bit) lol.

I've been having a play about with photo editing in Photobucket and find it quite easy though it takes ages to load (or is it just our slow broadband) and my brain couldn't quite get how to load it onto blogger for eons this evening - or was that the wine I've had with my tea! I don't normally drink, so one glass and I'm usually quite squiffy. Pete says I'm a cheap night out! Cheek! It's only Lambrusco though so I should be okay to finish my posts.

I've used an equally Gorjuss sketch over on Sketch and Stash, I love what the Design Team have done with it. My new stash is the little guitar charm (an ebay find), my never used stash is the DCWV pad, I couldn't bear to break into it. I know, saddo that I am. My very very neglected stash are my hot fix gems, I seem to favour pearls more these days and have forgot how good the gems can look. They are very fiddly to fix on in the swirly pattern though.

Hi, I've made this card for the Sugar Bowl challenge. They have a great sketch with the theme of thanks. Well, I'm getting way ahead and doing the kids thankyou/xmas cards for their teachers. Mrs Hansen is Thomas' teacher and is one in a million. She is the SENCO for the school and as Thomas is Autistic she is wonderful with him. I know that he treasures her and really has a soft spot for her.

More cheating! This time it's more of the rub-ons that I found. He is a little cutie so I hope I'm forgiven. I thought he went well on this weeks Sketch Saturday challenge.

I have found so much that I forgot I had! The button snowflakes were in a bag, and the papers had hardly been used! I have full sets by Brenda Pinnick and a huge box of embellishments that was a TSV by K&Co that haven't been touched! I must be an easy customer to sell to.......trouble is I never use the darn stuff when I get it. This is all gonna change. Watch this space........I am going to start using it along side of my new stuff where possible.

Sketch and Stash #21

This one is for the Sketch and Stash challenge blog. They have a great sketch this week which was a dream to work with. I haven't 'cheated' with all my cards today - this one has been stamped and coloured with Prismacolour pencils. I've gone into distress mode for this card, I was inspired by the wooden snowflake which I bought recently at our local shop and decided to go for a shabby, worn look. I bought some Distress inks at the SECC and so had to use them! The papers I've had for ages, I had a sort out yesterday and actually sorted the scrap card into colours - I need to do this once in a while as they start to take over the craft room. So this is all made from scrap card - and the Tilda image is one I had left over after stamping out zillions for the Papercraft Essentials commission which was in this months mag.

Inspriational Card Sketches #39

This one is for the wonderful Inspirational Card Sketches challenge blog. I have 'cheated' I suppose for this card and used some shop bought embellishments. I was having a tidy up the other day and was ashamed at how much stuff I have accumulated - mostly impulse buys that get put in a drawer or box and forgtotten about. So I have decided to use them, shock horror! These were bought from Poundland a couple of years ago, and while I love stamping and colouring, sadly I haven't got time to do everyone a Christmas card this way. So with the recession and everything I decided to stop hoarding and get them put to good use. Even if I don't use them they are good to put in the Christmas raffle for school.

I love the new Martha Stewart all around border punch and corner punch - guess who watched QVC and was quick on the Qcut then!
