Passion for Promarkers #5 & Just Christmas and Birthday Cards #37

One card tonight - two challenges. A lovely sketch over on Just Christmas and Birthday Cards and the Passion for Promarkers challenge with the Lemon and Meadow Green pens.
I made the card earlier today before we started to empty the boys rooms. We have a decorator coming in the morning to paint their rooms so we had to clear them tonight. I knew they had a lot of stuff but was amazed at the amount of it all. They are both 'sleeping' in the spare room. lol - loads of sleep - not!
They have both gone for a dinosaur theme this time so I've been busy ordering borders and posters from ebay (what on earth did we do pre-ebay?). I'm sure it will be worth it in the end, at the moment we are in a right old tip.
We are going to be sleeping with a games table at the bottom of our bed complete with a robotic dino balanced on top!
Hope I don't need to go to the loo in the night - the whole room is booby trapped with vertical blinds on the floor and toy trucks.
My back is now screaming at me so I've stopped and come to lie on the bed after taking two codeine. Anyways back to the card..............

Oh dear, sounds as though your house looks as though an ACTUAL dinosaur has moved in!! lol. I know how you feel - we had an extension done last year and it was hell. Wasn't helped by me have a baby in the middle of it all either!!

Your card is gorgeous too - love the washed out effect on the paper.

Thanks for joining us at PFP.

Hugs,
Caryn xxx

Barbara, so pretty! The pearls are absolutely perfect for your image and I LOVE the one on the envelope! Just adorable card!

Also, thanks for the tip on using glue with glitter paper. I'd never heard of "wet" glue so had to check that out! Thanks again!
